Exceptionally comfortable bed & great position so close to restaurants, local stores, Chattanooga for business and the aquarium and local restaurants. And 10 mins walk to an art museum.

The hotel area was fairly clean, the room was brand-new. The staff was incredibly hospitable, efficient, and everything was excellent. The breakfast for 7.50. Central location so close to most SUVs and trucks, the Aquarium and other fun places to see and nearby restaurants, it was in a downtown area. Downtown Chattanooga district was worth staying in.

We had the suite provided with a shower, the bathroom and 2 queen beds. The hotel had a magnificent location next to Jack's Alley.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

I chose this hotel for attending a conclave because it provides free Wi-Fi access, which was essential for my work. The location is convenient, close to the conference venue and within walking distance of restaurants and shops.
The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated business center with printing and photocopying facilities.

It has favourable location to see a well-done aquarium. And it's nestled in a nice building right by attractions and restaurants, anywhere downtown and local restaurants.

Great staff, excellent knowledge of the city, clean and bright hotel, well-equipped rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, convenient store for snacks and refreshments.
Very slow check-in with a long wait, no mention of valet parking fee, no shuttle service provided, had to rely on Uber/Lyft for transportation to and from the UTC campus.
